Organizational Health and Recruiting Specialist
As an Organizational Health and Recruiting Specialist, it makes complete sense that I am a Collaborator. I need to be people-oriented, sociable, and have an intuitive understanding of others’ viewpoints and feelings. I love to have input and bring people into the decision-making process and facilitate team cohesion. A great insight I gained from my PI is that I can benefit from making sure I am prepared to make decisions with objective data. Otherwise, it might be hard for me to make unpopular decisions or stand my ground when I know I am correct because I am empathetic and flexible.
Ashlynn started with ClearPath in 2021 as an Organizational Health and Recruiting Specialist. Since graduating UCLA (with College Honors and Cum Laude Standing), she has spent most of her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) working with children diagnosed with Autism and their families. ABA has given Ashlynn sharp observational skills, proven experience in system analysis/manipulation to achieve outcomes, dedication to decisions based on data driven assessments, and a strong understanding of how behaviors and environment interact. Ashlynn’s passion for helping others sparked her interest in the field of Organizational Psychology and she pivoted away from clinical work by accepting an Assistant Operations Manager role at an education start up prior to joining the ClearPath team.
When she isn’t working, Ashlynn loves spending time with her friends, fiancé, and family, cooking, traveling, music, playing board games (along with some Dungeons and Dragons), roller skating, yoga, and enjoying the endless activities that the Bay Area has to offer.
Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Anthropology from University of California, Los Angeles.
