- We meet with your hiring manager(s) to understand your hiring goals, the needs of your company culture, the requirements for the role, challenges the new hire will face, and how to measure the success of the new hire using 30-60-90 day goals.
- This process not only results in the alignment of stakeholders, but it gives us a thorough understanding of the hard and soft skills that are critical for this position. Without a crystal-clear idea of who will be successful from the start, the job description, interviews, and the rest of the hiring process are built on a bad foundation.

Job Descriptions & Structured Interviews
- Not all job descriptions are created equal. Using Job Analysis, SOAR data, and scientific research, we design a compelling job description that will generate the highest number of responses and increase candidate interest.
- We post the job description, source candidates, review applications, and interview the best candidates.
- There is a wrong way to interview. Structured interviews are proven to be up to twice as effective at predicting job performance than unstructured ones.
- For each candidate, our clients get a package including a resume, notes from our structured interview, and a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.
Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment and Job Fit
- The Predictive Index (PI) is an extraordinary, ten-minute assessment that helps identify needs and behaviors and determines what drives an individual.
- The assessment gives you a fast and scientifically valid way to get an in-depth look into our short list of candidates.
- Each candidate gets a score on a scale of 1-10, for how well they fit the job based on their personality characteristics.
- Recommended follow-up questions are given to hiring managers based on the PI assessment results and Job Fit score.
Follow-Up Coordination
- We coordinate any and all follow-up interviews between you and the candidate.
- Call references and provide reference call notes.
- Write the offer letter and help with any offer negotiation. This increases the candidate’s satisfaction and protects the relationship between your company and the new hire.
