Mark Stailey
Senior M&A Advisor
Mark brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the ClearPath team, where he is focused on client’s financial, operational and exit strategy needs. Prior to ClearPath, Mark has held President and C-Level roles in the areas of Finance and Operations, as well as co-founding an M&A Advisory practice. Mark has extensive experience in M&A, with end-to-end execution of more than $800 million in M&A enterprise value. He has worked with hundreds of Private Equity firms and corporate strategic buyers and sellers.
Mark and his wife Janine are volunteers/supporters for Meals on Wheels – Diablo Region and for 15 years coached in Mustang Soccer and San Ramon Valley Little League. He has supported youth sports in numerous positions for Round Hill Swim Team and Scorpions and Monte Vista High School Lacrosse.
Mark and Janine live in Alamo, CA and have three adult children – two college grads and one still enjoying her time at UC Davis. Outside of spending time with his family, Mark enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing guitar.
