My Predictive Index
“As Partner in ClearPath, the attributes of being an “Individualist” allows me to not only help grow ClearPath but our clients as well. An Individualist tendency is to be more of a risk-taker, focused on helping with future goals, while being flexible and helping others think “outside the box”. Most of our clients are the owners/founders of their business and many have complex issues, that can be a little ambiguous at first. I deal with ambiguity well and help find flexible approaches to their situations, that provide meaningful results. While I enjoy data driven analytics and being a creative problem solver, the PI taught me that I could be seen as overly aggressive with my actions and I should seek input from sources on other opinions or ideas before I act. These lessons are good reminders, that working together as a team is much better than doing it alone, and especially at ClearPath we have a team of diverse and very smart people to help make our solutions the best. ”
