Understanding my PI Profile as a Craftsman and comparing profiles from my colleagues has been extremely useful for me in a new work environment. It has allowed me to understand their work styles and am able to utilize the relationship tips to prevent me from becoming frustrated or upset when things don’t happen as I anticipate. I used them to communicate my intentions clearly and am able to get the results I need, I know not everyone thinks like me so having a cheat sheet of how they work had made workflow more efficient. We often assume the worst in people when things aren’t done a certain way, but the Predictive Index has certainly given me tips and tricks of how to navigate situations effectively.

Scott joined ClearPath in 2020, we added Scott to the ClearPath family to further our knowledge in the agribusiness. Scott has been assisting agribusiness family owners for over 30 years. Scott spent most of his life living on farmland in Iowa and California making him experienced in the livestock, crop, tree fruit, and vineyard operations. He attained his BS in Agriculture Business & Agriculture Finance from Fresno State University further expanding his knowledge on the business front. Scott later became CEO of Golden State Farm Credit, aiding owners in expanding their business’ and allowing him to understand financial agribusiness matters. He is also a member of Class 38 of the California Agricultural Leadership Program.
