My Predictive Index
As a collaborator, PI helped me increase productivity not just individually but within team I work with. I was able to understand how each team member functions and I adjust my approach whenever I needed to collaborate with them.

Sheila Joined the ClearPath family in April of 2021 after graduating with highest honors (ΦΒΚ) from UC Davis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations. In her senior year at UC Davis, Sheila and 7 of her peers were chosen by the economics department to each conduct an independent research thesis. In 9 months, she independently researched the impact of minimum wages on the gender wage gap. Her research was chosen by the 30th Annual Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, Creative Activities Conference committee for presentation, and she was awarded a department citation for outstanding performance in Economics.

Before joining our team, Sheila interned for two private equity search funds where she developed industry reports for the funds’ investors. She also gained experience in the valuation of small businesses and performing due diligence related to the salability. At ClearPath, Sheila focuses on financial modeling, data analysis, and research with an emphasis on micro-economics and M&A trends.

In addition to enjoying spending time with her family and friends, Sheila enjoys her nonprofit work and staying current with the TMT (Telecommunication, Media, and Technology) sector.
